Jordan was born and raised in Destrehan, LA graduating from Destrehan High School in 2009. In his time at Destrehan he was an active part of the band program, including the indoor percussion program which competed at the WGI World Championships for three years 2006-2008. After high school he went on to Louisiana State University, where he spent two years marching in the Golden Band from Tigerland.


In the summer of 2012, he marched snare drum for the Phantom Regiment Drum and Bugle Corps, earning a bronze medal at the DCI World Championships. The following winter he marched with Voodoo Indoor Percussion in their inaugural season, again returning to Dayton to compete in the WGI World Championships.


His teaching experience includes working with Destrehan High School and the St. Tammany Indoor Percussion as a percussion instructor.


Jordan graduated from LSU in May 2013 with a degree in both Electrical and Computer Engineering and currently works as a Control Systems Engineer for Total System Integrators in New Orleans, LA.
